These terms govern the use of services provided by FCBS. By enrolling in any program, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Registration & Payments

• A non-refundable registration fee (₦5,000 for short courses, ₦12,000 for diplomas) is required
• All payments must be made to FCBS official bank accounts. Cash payments are not accepted
• Full course fee must be paid before exams and certification issuance

2. Certification

• Certificates will only be issued to students who complete training, pass assessments, and fulfill internship obligations
• FCBS reserves the right to withhold certification for incomplete training, misconduct, or falsified documentation

3. Course Attendance

• Students must attend at least 80% of classes to qualify for certification
• Missed sessions due to emergency may be rescheduled upon request

4. Internship & Job Placement

• Internship placement is not guaranteed in a specific city or company
• FCBS is not a job agency and does not promise automatic employment or visa sponsorship

5. Refund & Cancellation

• Payments are non-refundable after commencement of training
• FCBS reserves the right to reschedule training due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professionalism and respect throughout training
• Any form of abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation will result in dismissal without refund
